After logging in to the bug reporting interface ( available here ), you can simply submit a bug ticket under the Report menu item, which

can then be tracked under the My Reports menu item until the bug ticket is resolved.

If you want to track the status of your ticket, you can easily do that on our Portal. If you want to reach out our help desk, than please call Xperion Call Canter as a contracted costumer. As a regular way you can send you ticket via email at
