End-of-Sale / End-of-Life Announcement for SOLO
QMATIC announces the End-of-Sale and End-of-Life dates for SOLO.
The last day to order SOLO (last time buy) is 30th of June 2022 for our direct sales.
The last day to order SOLO (last time buy) is 30th of June 2023 for our partner sales

End-of-Sale Date | The last date to order the SOLO system or service (Multi client support package for SOLO systems or any care package for SOLO). The product is no longer for sale after this date. *Existing quotes will be honored until September 30, 2022. Solo Care will only be possible to sell for the first compulsory year, no multiyear care contracts allowed. |

Last date to renew Care | There will be no renewals of SOLO care contracts (Multi client support package for SOLO systems or any Care package for SOLO).
Renewals after June 30th, 2022 are ONLY allowed to be renewed with validity to December 31st, 2022. |

Product / Service Migration Options
For both new and existing clients the alternative is to migrate to our standard existing customer journey solutions:
- Orchestra
- QCS
- Experience Cloud
We do NOT intend to create a new offer targeted towards small solo clients. We are aware that many of our existing SOLO-clients will not have a suitable alternative. We want to convert our existing Enterprise clients to Orchestra/QCS/Enterprise Cloud as this brings the most value to Qmatic and the clients.
Who and how to migrate suitable clients will be on a case by case basis to optimize client needs.
For clients that want to buy more SOLO systems, expand it or replace it:
If we offer QCS or Experience Cloud solutions add a HUB to support usage of existing Intro 5 and Intro 8. If we offer Orchestra as the alternative to SOLO, the existing Intro 5 and Intro 8 is compatible. In case of high security needs they need to be replaced with G2 equipment.
