As a valued partner of Teleopti, I wanted you to be among the first to hear our exciting news. I am proud to announce that Teleopti has been acquired by Calabrio, the customer experience intelligence company headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.
The combination brings Teleopti’s workforce management (WFM) software together with Calabrio’s customer experience solutions to create the only global, scalable, cloud-based suite on the market. Current Teleopti customers will gain access to a broader suite of customer experience and analytics technology that can be leveraged to solve important problems inside and outside of the contact center. Existing Teleopti customers will also be able to continue using Teleopti WFM, and the subsequent combined Teleopti-Calabrio WFM offering, as a standalone WFM solution. The same stands for our future joint customers.
We are excited to bring our partners a powerful, combined WFM offering to open conversations with new and existing customers. We’re planning for a smooth 18-month integration period. Rest assured—this does not change the product your customers are using today nor requires action from them. While we are merging the products, customers will keep their current functionality and we will continue to deliver against the Teleopti product roadmap. When the integration into the Calabrio ONE suite is complete, customers will receive the best of both products through an accelerated set of features.
